Frostbite Dairy Bar- Clendenin has the best hotdogs in the Kanwaha valley in my opinion. If you've ever had the old Clendenin Dairy Queen hotdogs, you know what I'm talking about; these taste the same, and they're delicious. The chili has good flavor (it's the same recipe) and the slaw is finely chopped and sweet. Buns are steamed and wrapped in wax paper as any good WV Hotdog should be. We live 20 mins away and wait until we get home for the buns to steam a bit longer in their wax paper and they're even better. A bit of a hike out of Charleston, but a nice drive; especially with the leaves changing. Their cheese fries, broccoli cheese bites, and hushpuppies are pretty darn good too.
Frostbite is a very good place to sit,dine,eat,and have fun. I usually get 2 hotdogs with ketchup. I love that the Hot Dogs are always hot and warm even after 10-15 minutes. The milkshakes are pretty good too. I give this place 5 stars.
Frostbite is a very good restaurant for quick food on the go, Hamburgers, Hotdogs and more. They are very popular for their awesome ice cream, it to us is better than any of the chain restaurants. Their restaurant is to go food no seating except picnic tables and when it's warm out it's nice to sit there to see the river and eat ice cream.
I went with my cousin and we ate it and it taste so good yummy wummy. Service is yummy. Ambiance kinky.
